What you can expect with every order:

Entering Personalization Information When placing an order, please enter your personalization information in the comments box provided at checkout. All cards will be personalized as shown--in the font shown. Of course, just contact us with any special requests. Otherwise, we believe that the design companies have selected the font that best complements each card.

Shipping We make every effort to ship things out as quickly as possible. When an item is in stock, it usually ships within 2-3 days. If we have to order an item, it can take up to a week. It is very rare that items do not ship out within a week, and we would notify you if such a delay were to occur.

Blank Stock We do get the occassional request for blank stock....some customers prefer to print themselves. If you are interested in ordering something blank, contact us and we will make every effort to accomodate you.

Final Sale Because of the personalized nature of our products, once an order is in production, it is considered a final sale and may not be cancelled. An order usually goes into production within the first 24 (business) hours.
